Feb 13 2007 Some A-hole tried breaking into two of my laundry rooms in two different buildings. Boy does that ever piss me off. What the hell is the matter with all of those friggin crack heads out there! I'm getting sick and tired of all the vandalism and damage a crack head will cause for $20 bucks for his next fix. Justice system, listen ... lock those SOB's up now and throw away the keys. Welcome to the wild west. This is dog eat dog country. Don't expect any help from the cops, They won't even leave their police station to investigate vandalism or petty theft any more!!! They are too busy investigating drug dealers shooting each other instead of helping good people to protect their belongings from the dopers out there. I had to spend all day repairing and reinforcing laundry doors to keep the scum out. Then I went into an under stair storage and found cigarette butts on the floor and other evidence that someone had been prying the lock and using the room as a crash pad. Probably the same A-hole that tried breaking into my laundry rooms. Gotta reinforce the storage room door as well. And ... the good paying tenants wonder why their rent is going up! Yup it's all the cost of doing business that gets passed on to the end user.
