Globe General Agencies are making their apartment buildings smoke free and are taking a lot of heat over it. Believe it or not a ex-smoking tenant of theirs took them to court over their decision. What a laugh. The court is expecting a decision soon. Don't smokers know what damage that filthy habit does to to an apartment? You can't remove the stink embedded in the paint and carpets. It turns nice white ceiling texture into an ugly brown nicotine embedded carcinogen toxin  wasteland. It costs about $2000 to repaint and replace carpets these days. Globe won! Gee I guess common sense rules!
