A Landlords Life is a true account of my life as a landlord. Only the names used have been changed to protect the innocent. Feb 12 2007 Holy cow! I'm trying hard to complete a suite renovation but its dragging on. I'm doing a complete renovation. We've got the place painted, tub surround installed, new electrical receptacles, switches, light fixtures etc. Left to do is still carpet and lino and my flooring guy just started today! All materials and job must be finished for new tenant move in on the 15th!
